Our story begins in Guangzhou, among bamboo steamers and recipes passed from one pair of hands to the next. Three generations later, it finds a new home in Liberdade.
Every morning, we roll the dough, prepare the fillings, and fold each piece of dim sum by hand. We take our time. Just as we learned at home.
